A game does not finish loading

Confirm that the browser has a stable connection, then reload once. ZenXGames game files are versioned, so a normal reload should request the current release without requiring you to clear all browser data. If the page remains blank, note the game name, device model, operating-system version, browser version, and whether the game was opened directly or inside another app.

Sound is enabled but silent

Mobile browsers and app web views often require a user gesture before audio can start. Tap the game once, then toggle the visible sound control off and on. Also check the device's media volume and silent-mode behavior. In a live call or private two-player experience, the host app may begin with game audio muted so speech remains clear; the on-screen audio control should still let the player opt in.

Controls or the board look stretched

Rotate back to the orientation shown by the game, allow the screen to settle, and avoid split-screen or browser zoom while playing. Embedded apps should pass the current safe-area insets and viewport size to the game container. A screenshot that includes the full device frame is especially useful because it shows unused space and aspect-ratio distortion.

Progress or a result is missing

Guest web progress normally belongs to that browser profile. A partner app can provide a verified, non-sensitive player identifier so progress and match results can be associated with the correct account. Never email a password, authentication token, payment number, or private room secret. Send only the public game name, approximate play time, and the identifier displayed by the host application's support screen.
