Who operates ZenXGames
ZenXGames is operated by Simply AppHub LLC (“ZenXGames,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This notice applies to zenxgames.com, games.zenxgames.com, our hosted game services, and the ZenXGames software development kit when it is used by an integrating website or application.
Information handled during public play
When you visit the public site or open a game, standard technical data may be processed, including the requested page, approximate time, browser and device type, language, referring page, Internet Protocol address, and security or error signals. Games may store local settings, tutorial state, progress, and scores in browser storage so that a later session can continue. Guest play does not require a ZenXGames account.
Information supplied by a partner app
An approved host app may launch a game with a pseudonymous player identifier, display name, optional avatar address, room identifier, experience type, or permitted participant list. The host is responsible for telling its users how it selects and sends that information. Partners should not place passwords, payment details, health data, government identifiers, or other sensitive information in game-launch metadata.
Game, room, and result data
To run a game or room, we may process game version, session and match identifiers, connection state, player seat, moves or synchronized game events, score, progress, outcome, duration, and fraud-prevention signals. We use these records to operate play, reconnect a session, return an authorized result, investigate failures, enforce fair use, and improve reliability.
Advertising and cookies
Some public pages may use Google advertising services. Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to deliver, measure, limit, and protect advertising. Depending on your region and consent choices, an ad may be contextual or personalized. Essential storage supports security, preferences, game progress, and session continuity. Advertising or measurement storage is used only when enabled for the page and permitted by applicable consent requirements. Blocking optional storage may change advertising behavior but should not prevent access to the site's original guides.
Why information is used

- Authenticate signed partner launches and prevent unauthorized room access.
- Protect players and infrastructure from abuse, automated attacks, and fraud.

Sharing
We share information only as needed with service providers that host, secure, deliver, or measure the service; with an integrating partner for the player and match it authorized; with advertising providers on pages where advertising is enabled; or when required for legal process, safety, fraud prevention, or a business transfer. We do not sell game results as a standalone product.
Retention and security
We retain data for the period reasonably needed for the purpose described above, including shorter operational windows for transient connection logs and longer periods where match history, fraud review, contractual obligations, or law require it. Browser-local progress remains until the browser or player clears it. We use access controls, signed launch data, encrypted transport, versioned releases, and operational monitoring, but no Internet service can promise absolute security.
Children
The service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Partner apps that make games available to minors are responsible for age-appropriate notices, consent, and launch configuration. If you believe a child supplied personal information without required permission, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Your choices and requests
You can control browser storage through your browser, manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center, and ask about access, correction, deletion, or other rights available in your jurisdiction. A partner-app user may need to contact that partner first when the partner controls the account identifier. Send requests to support@zenxgames.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may verify the request before acting to protect the account or match record.
