Agreement and operator
ZenXGames is operated by Simply AppHub LLC (“ZenXGames,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Notice. If you use a game through another app or website, that host may have additional terms that apply to its account, community, or rewards.
Guest play and partner launches
Public-site visitors may read guides and use available guest play without creating a ZenXGames account. An approved partner may launch a game with a verified player identity, private room, participant list, or experience configuration. You may use only the identity and room access assigned to you. The host app remains responsible for its account relationship, eligibility rules, and any separate user-facing benefit it offers.
License
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service and play the games for their intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, scrape, frame for a competing service, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits it, bypass technical protection, remove ownership notices, or use game assets and guides to publish a substitute catalog.
Fair and acceptable use
Do not cheat, automate play, manipulate scores or results, exploit defects, impersonate another player, interfere with a room, harass participants, probe private interfaces, overload the service, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access. If you discover a security or gameplay defect, report it to support rather than using it for an advantage. We may restrict a session, invalidate a result, or block access when reasonably necessary to protect players or the platform.
Scores, outcomes, and virtual items
Game scores and outcomes are generated from the applicable game rules and technical events. A connection failure, invalid launch, detected manipulation, or unrecoverable synchronization error may cause a result to be delayed, corrected, or voided. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, points, visual items, achievements, and practice results have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or transferred through ZenXGames.
Advertising and external services
The public service may display advertising or link to external services. Ads should be visually distinct from game controls and editorial navigation. External services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and a link does not mean ZenXGames controls or endorses everything on that destination. Please report an ad or link that appears deceptive, disruptive, or unsafe.
Ownership and feedback
The service, site design, software, logos, game releases, original guides, and documentation are owned by ZenXGames or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. If you send an idea, correction, or feedback, you permit us to use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you. You keep ownership of material you already own.
Availability and changes
We work to keep published releases available and versioned, but a particular game, feature, room, or integration may be repaired, updated, suspended, or retired. Maintenance, device limitations, browser policy, network conditions, and events outside our control can interrupt access. We do not guarantee that every title will work on an unsupported or modified device.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Suspension, termination, and changes to terms
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a material violation, security risk, unlawful use, or repeated interference with other players. We may update these terms as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively after publication unless law requires another process.
